By making a purchase on our website, you agree to our Terms and Conditions. All orders are subject to stock availability and payment confirmation.

2. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES

Shipments are made to mainland Portugal, the islands, and other European Union countries . We work with reliable carriers to ensure your package arrives safely.

📦 Estimated delivery times:

• Mainland Portugal: 1 to 3 business days

• Islands and other EU countries: 5 to 10 working days

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code to track your shipment.

⚠ Note: During promotional periods or periods of high order volume, deadlines may change.

3. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you wish to exchange or return a product, you have up to 14 days after receiving your order to do so.

📌 Conditions for exchange or return:

✔ The product must be unused, with the tag and in the original packaging .

✔ The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

✔ The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
